16+ years of playing competitive volleyball. 4yrs playing at the Royal Military College of Canada (RMC) as the starting right side.
After receiving my Undergraduate in Psychology and Leadership at RMC, I served in the navy for 12 years as a Naval Warfare Officer. I specialized within my trade to become a Navigating Officer and Underwater Warfare Officer. A large part of my role was managing junior officers career progression and training them to perform with a small specialized team in a high stress, no fail environments. I aim to take that same mentality and approach to my coaching and look forward to continuing this journey for decades to come.
